Day 1: Chest and Back

Man, what a burn! I felt the pump ALL day!

I am SO TIRED though! I woke up this morning at 3AM and hit up the N.O. Shotgun to get me going. Once I got to the gym, I threw the DVD in the laptop a got to warming up. Only problem was, the DVD didn't work. It had sound, but no picture. I had watched it the night before to see what I was getting into, so the exercises was sweet.
Man, after the first 4 or 5 exercises, I was fatigued. I had gone in too hard, and too early and not paced my myself. It was all OK though. I got through all the exercises with the time limit, just had to revert to doing negatives for a lot of them.

I can safely say though, my arms are BURNING!!!!!

I did Ab Ripper X after this and that was a mad struggle! The abs were already killing from trying to keep form throughout the first routine.

I'm about to put on the plyo dvd to see what i'm in for!

I'm a bit pissed off about finances at the moment. I've got this nutrition plan all sorted, just no food to go with it. Not a good way to start on crappy fuel! I'll have 11 weeks to change that!
