What a terrible day. I woke up at about 2:45am and struggled to get my aching legs out of bed. They were like led!!!!!
I got my arse changed and headed down to the gym. I got there... All good, went through my bag to get my keys and couldn't find them!!! NOOOO!!!!!! I drove back home, searched high and low in my bedroom!! NOOOOO!!!!! Could not find the suckers. My only thought is that I left them at the gym before heading to work for Coca-Cola. So, I called Snow (another Personal trainer from the gym). Whether he was awake or not, I'm not sure, but when I got to his place to pick up his keys, he looked like he had been awake for some time.
I took his key and let him get back to sleep.
I got back to the gym at about 4:10am and put the DVD on. I chose the 'silence with cues' option and put some music on from iTunes - Brooklyn Bounce (I need some different music).
Jut as I put it on, the Laptop died on me. Awesome. Took me about another 15 minutes to get it rolling again. By this time 4:25am, i finally started. I only got in about 1/2 the workout before I had to start work. so that was mad lame!
I still got a 'decent' session in, but wasn't overly thrilled with it. Legs and back tomorrow i think? my legs are DEAD man....
